Wesley John-Alder is a web designer and developer who is fluent in all varieties of web technologies. He has worked on projects ranging from complex back-end database driven systems to trivial front-end maintenace.

Wesley hand codes all of his websites for ensured quality and maximum cross-browser compatibility. His design process draws heavily from a philosophy of progressive enhancement rather than traditional processes based on graceful degradation. All of his sites are search engine friendly. Wesley also prefers to use Javascript for rich content rather than plug-ins, such as Flash, in order to reach the widest possible audience and range of devices.
